Posted On: 09/02/2021 Dr. Pham is great and I trust him with our children. The staff are so wonderful and welcoming. The new place is nice and I am happy with this office.

Posted On: 08/19/2021 Dr. Pham is a great doctor. My kids have been seeing him for a while now but today was our first time in the new office. New location but same friendly staff. They are super attentive, organized and just overall great. I would highly recommend Dr. Pham and his team for anyone looking for a pediatric dentist.

Posted On: 08/17/2021 Dr. Pham and staff are amazing! We used to visit Dr. Pham back in Serramonte Dental. I am so happy that he has his own practice and that he stayed local. My children love him because he is so friendly and very gentle with them. His new office in San Bruno is beautiful, everything is brand new and top of the line technology. They handle billing properly and do not over charge you or your insurance. Our family loves their Phamily!

Posted On: 07/27/2021 Dr. Pham and his staff are amazing! My daughter has been coming to him since 3 years old and has really bad anxiety coming into the office. She is now 6 and every visit has been a great experience watching on how patient Dr. Pham and his staff are when it comes to handling my daughters anxiety. Every visit gets better and better for my daughter. He is very patient, gentle, kind, fast and great at his dental work! I appreciate the care and patience from Dr. Pham and his staff most when it comes to our visits. I highly recommend Dr. Pham !

Posted On: 07/21/2021 If you're looking for a pediatric dentist, search no further.
I highly recommend Dr. Pham. He and his staff are warm and friendly. Together they offer wonderful care to all three of my children from toddler thru their teen years.
Busy parents can appreciate how efficient the front & back end staff are to booking the most convenient appointment for your needs. I love how they can treat all my children simultaneously without sacrificing the quality of the services provided.
The waiting area is in the same area as the clinic so the whole family can stay together in one room.
Books, a few educational toys, and the Lego table keep children occupied until their turn. Several TV's are located in the office, including ceiling-mounted screens to provide the younger patients with entertainment while they're reclined in their chairs.
Each visit is personal and my kids can sense how much Dr. Pham genuinely cares about his patients which puts them at ease. No fussing in the chair, they're all smiles after their exams and cleanings. To end the visits, the kids sent off with goodie bags full of dental hygiene treats (toothbrush, toothpaste, floss, etc.) to last until the next 6 month check up.

Posted On: 07/15/2021 This was my son's first visit to Dr. Pham's office. We had an amazing experience! Scheduling and communication was efficient and informative with the reception staff. The office building followed stringent COVID protocol, making me feel safe and at ease. The hygienists were pleasant and comforting to my six-year-old and Dr. Pham was personable and made an extraordinary effort to get familiar with my son's medical history and to get to know us on a personal level. I am so thankful for such a positive experience and so grateful to this amazing staff Tania R

Posted On: 07/06/2021 My kids have been seeing Dr. Pham and his team since they were in kindergarten. I've referred all of my friends and family to see him. Dr. Pham and his team are extremely gentle and caring. He recently moved to a new location in San Bruno. From the outside it looked like a house. But inside looked amazing. Very modern. Only downside, they have a tiny parking lot. J.T.

Posted On: 07/01/2021 I cannot recommend Dr. Pham highly enough. He is the dentist for our two kids, age 6 and 10, and he has always been very caring, responsive, and gentle with the kids. My daughter had a bad fall on her face over the weekend, and I was able to reach Dr. Pham and he waited at his office for us to get there for an emergency check up on a Saturday. He even texted me on Sunday morning to check on our daughter. That shows true dedication to his patients. And, my daughter really does not like the dentist and is very hard to manage there, especially when she was injured, but he has a very calm demeanor and is good at working with kids that are challenging. We have had a very positive experience, after having some bad ones with other pediatric dentists, and highly recommend Dr. Pham Sean J

With the past year of covid-19 it's tough doing the normal outings and health check ups. the staff and Dr. had always been pleasant and friendly every time we have gone in. Thank you all.

Posted On: 05/17/2021 Having problems with your kids to stay calm and not get scared when its time to visit their dentist? My daughter who is now 6 years of age is one of those children who would literally cry to almost anything even with the sound of a suction will make her cry or getting x-rays before. I was referred by my family dentist to try Dr. Pham and also did my research which has a lot of positive reviews FYI. Dr. Pham and his crew made such a great impact for my daughter that she actually remembers him and tells me that she likes Dr. Pham taking care of her teeth because he doesn't make her feel any pain. They are very Patient workers, very calm and has that friendly vibe to your kids, I don't know what it is but my daughter felt very comfortable with them and doesn't hesitate coming back for general cleaning or whatever needs to be done for her teeth. Totally recommend him.... All of them are Awesome! :-) Monica R

He's so gentle and great, I'm so glad we were referred to him! He restored my faith and sanity in the dentist search! Posted On: 01/10/2020 I've been searching for a pediatric dental for a few months and found this place. I went there to take a look at Dr. Pham's office to see if my kids felt comfortable and if they liked the atmosphere. We came in and the ladies in the front greeted us immediately and asked if they can help us. I let them know we were there hoping to take a look at their facilities. One of the girls gave us a tour of the office and introduced us to the doctor who was with a patient, but still made an effort to smile and welcome us. My children loved it! We made an appointment and went there last Friday. Dr. Pham started our appointment by spending time talking to us and getting to know the children. It was my 2 year old's first dental appointment, who I must tell you is a screamer. He had her sit on my lap and he was across from me and we bent her over to his lap so he can work with her while I was there holding her hand. This worked wonderfully! She did not scream or cry and was comfortable with him. That was a great sign. My son had some pictures taken of his teeth and he took so much time explaining what was happening and what we needed to do, as well as future plans for my son's teeth. He cared about their overall health and did not try to sell me on dental work they didn't need. If you need a doctor who cares, who has his own children, and who's office staff is wonderful and kind, THIS IS YOUR PLACE! Maria B
